Comedian Kevin Hart publicly apologized for his opinion and withdrew his candidacy from the ceremony.

Just recently, it was announced who will conduct the Oscar ceremony in February next year. The choice of the commission fell on the comedian Kevin Hart, popular now. So, he recently played one of the roles in the film Jumanji and is busy filming several more tapes. Thus, he had to change at his post Jimmy Kimmel, who led the Oscar for the past few years.

But Kevin did not have time to begin his duties as a scandal erupted in the LGBT sphere. In his account on Twitter there were a lot of sayings in which he condemned gays. Representatives of the cinema ceremony insisted that he remove these tweets, but public outrage reached a peak. According to insiders, he was offered to talk with the fans himself and withdraw his candidacy from the role of moderator, which Hart did. Who will replace him in this place is unclear.
